ON THE NUMBER OF THE ZEROS OF SOME CLASS OF COMPLEX POLYNOMIALS

The paper studies on the problem of the number of the zeros of complex polynomials when their coefficients lie in the closed unit circle. In fact, for the number of the zeros of some class of complex polynomials which lie in an open disc, we provide upper bounds.
