Neospora caninum, IBR, and BVDV are the most important agent cause bovine abortion throughout the world.. These infection agents cause reproductive disorders which can lead in economic loss in dairy and beef herds. Serological test including ELISA are calculated as the best diagnostic way for Neospora caninum, IBR, and BVDV, how away this test has many disadvantages. The aim of this study was to design a multiplex Dot-ELISA kit as an easier and more cost-effective test. One hundred and eighty-four sera samples were collected from bovine with history of abortion and were evaluated by triple Dot-ELISA in comparison of commercial ELISA kit. Kapa analysis showed an appropriate agreement between triple Dot-ELISA results and ELISA kit, and McNemar analysis showed no significant difference between two methods. On base of these results we could design new multiple Dot-ELISA commercial kit as a rapid, simple and inexpensive test for diagnosis of several infectious bovine abortion agents simultaneously .
