Abstract- In this paper, the production of thin film and methods of coating by different materials has been examined and measurement of their thickness on small scales has been generally shown. Recommended material in this project are Zinc sulfide (ZnS) and Magnesium Fluoride (MgF2) whose optic feature have been evaluated theoretically and experimentally, and through graphing them and their physical and chemical characteristics their relation in relation in range of crossing and reflection has been shown.
