Multigranulation rough set (MGRS) theory and Dempsters
combination rule in the evidence theory are two methods
which are employed to aggregate information coming from multiple
sources. In 2015 Guoping Lin, et.al proposed the concept of
granulation fusion, which shows the connection between the MGRS
theory and DempsterShafer theory. In this paper we refine some of
their definitions and correct two of the theorems. We will extend
the correct results to fuzzy rough sets
