Observational modeling of Kolmogorov-Sinai entropy

In this paper, a local entropy map for relative semi-dynamical systems is introduced using observer notion. Also, the concept of relative G-entropy functional is presented and it is proved that this functional generates the Kolmogorov-Sinai entropy as a special case. Finally, the persistence of relative G-entropy functional under relative conjugate relation is proved.
