چكيده لاتين :
Nanobelts have been successfully grown by physical vapor deposition method in a tube furnace. Tellurium
powder was evaporated at a temperature of 360 οC and a pressure of 10-2 mbar, and was condensed on
substrates at 212–231°C, in the downstream of argon gas flow. The products were characterized by field
emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM). The FESEM images revealed that in lower temperatures the
surface is mostly covered with nanorods and nanowires with diameters ranging from 100 to 150 nm, while in
higher temperatures some 2D structures and nanobelts have grown on the surface as well.
