Simultaneous determination of some constituents in tea and coffee samples using spectrophotometric method

In this paper a simple method was developed for the simultaneous determination caffeine and nicotinic acid, without priorseparation steps. This method is based on the mean centering of ratio spectra. The mathematical explanation of the procedure is illustrated.The procedure is successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of these analytes in caffe and tea samples.
