مقدار تركيبات فنولي تام و فعاليت آنتي اكسيداني عصاره غني-پلي فنول برگهاي گياه پرسياوشان بررسي شده است. عصاره گياه مذبور، مقدار قابل توجهي از تركيبات فنولي (معادل 4.52 ± 375.03 ميلي گرم گاليك اسيد بر گرم عصاره خشك) و فعاليت آنتي اكسيداني قوي (IC50 = 12.10 ± 0.53 µg/ mL) نشان داده است. نتايج به دست آمده، پايه و توجيه علمي براي استفاده سنتي گياه پرسياوشان و قابليت آن به عنوان يك منبع غني از آنتي اكسيدان طبيعي را نشان مي دهد.
چكيده لاتين
The total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of polyphenol-rich extract of Adiantum capillus-veneris leaves were investigated. The extract showed significant amount of phenolic compounds (375.03 ± 4.52 mg GAE/g of extract) and strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 of 12.10 ± 0.53 µg mL-1. These findings highlighted a scientific basis to the traditional usage of A. capillus-veneris, also showed its potential as a rich source of natural antioxidant.
