A review of the natural compounds extracted from the genus Ferula,a plant from the umbelliferae family

Ferula دسته اي از گياهان چتري است از خانواده چتريان كه به طور گسترده در كشورهاي اطراف مديترانه رشد مي كند. در ساردينيا كه دومين جزيره بزرگ مديترانه است دو نوع آن شامل Ferula communis (L.) و Ferula arrigonii (Bocchieri) رشد مي كنند ## [1]. چندين گونه مانند Ferula gumosa , Ferula latisectaو Ferula asafetida در ميان مردم براي درمان درد معده ،هيستري ،كوليت نوزاد و آسم استفاده مي شود. تيره Ferula منبعي غني از تركيبات فعال بيولوژيكي شناخته شده مانند كومارين ها مي باشد. Ferula pseudalliacea گونه اي بومي از كوه هاي كردستان در غرب ايران است. ## [2]. تاكنون از اين جنس كومارين ترپن هاي جديد همراه با كومارين ترپن هاي شناخته شده گزارش شده است و فعاليت ضد انگلي بر روي آنها در شرايط آزمايشگاهي انجام شده است ## [3 ]. شيمي اين گياه قبلا مطالعه شده و تنها چند كومارين ترپنوئيد تا به امروز شناسايي شده است. ## [3 ]. 5 تركيب جديد و 11 تركيب شناخته شده از مشتقات كومارين ترپن ها و كرومون ترپن ها از ريشه گياه Ferula ferulaeoides جداسازي و شناسايي شده است ## [4 ].

Ferula pseudalliacea is a native species of the Kurdistan Mountains in western Iran.To date this genus has been reported with coumarin terpenes with known coumarin trapins and anti _ parasitic activity has been performed on them in vitro The chemistry of this plant has already been studied and only a few coumarin terpenoids have been identified to date. 5new compounds and 11 known compounds of coumarin derivatives of terpenes and crown terpenes have been isolated from the root of Ferula ferulaeoides.
