به‌كارگيري رويكرد تلفيقي PROMETHEE II و انتگرال فازي در جهت اولويت‌بندي تأمين‌كنندگان تجهيزات آزمايشگاهي با توجه به ابعاد مدل SCOR (مطالعه موردي: تأمين‌كنندگان دستگاه سل كانتر هماتولوژي)

Utilizing a combined approach of PROMETHEE II and fuzzy integral in order to prioritize the medical laboratory equipment suppliers with respect to SCOR dimensions

ازآنجاكه عملكرد تأمين‌كنندگان موجود در يك زنجيره تأمين توليدي يا خدماتي به‌صورت مستقيم بر موفقيت و يا عدم موفقيت يك زنجيره تأمين اثرگذار مي‌باشد و مي‌تواند در دستيابي به محصولات و خدمات باكيفيت و افزايش رضايت مشتريان بسيار كمك‌كننده باشد، درنتيجه مسئله‌ي ارزيابي و انتخاب تأمين‌كنندگان به يكي از مسائل حياتي سازمان تبديل‌شده است. در اين پژوهش يك روش تركيبي جديد با تأكيد بر ابعاد عملكردي مدل اسكور براي ارزيابي تأمين‌كنندگان تجهيزات آزمايشگاهي در ابعاد چابكي، هزينه و قابليت اطمينان توسعه داده مي‌شود. جهت برقراري تعاملات شاخصه‌هاي درگير در تصميم‌گيري و شبيه‌سازي مكانيسم فازي تفكر انساني، يك مدل تصميم‌گيري گروهي با اعداد فازي شهودي ارائه‌ مي‌شود. با تكيه‌بر عملگر هندسي انتگرال فازي، مقادير هر خبره با توجه به شاخص‌هاي چندگانه به‌صورت اعداد فازي شهودي مثلثي تجميع و برخي خواص جالب آن نيز موردمطالعه قرار مي‌گيرند. مدل PROMETHEE II نيز براي دستيابي به نظر جمعي و گروهي و انتخاب بهترين تأمين‌كننده‌ مورداستفاده قرار مي‌گيرد.

Since the performance of supplier in a manufacturing or service supply chain directly affects the success or failure of a supply chain and could be really helpful in achieving high quality goods and services and enhancing the customer’s satisfaction, as a result the problem of evaluating and selecting the best suppliers has become to one of the most crucial problems of the organizations. In this research, a combined approach with emphasis on performance dimensions of the SCOR model has been developed in order to evaluate the medical laboratory suppliers in agility, costs and reliability dimensions. In order to establish the interactions between the dimensions involved in the decision making and simulating the human fuzzy thinking mechanism, a group decision making model with intuitionistic fuzzy numbers has been proposed. By relying on fuzzy integral geometric operator, the values of each expert with respect to the multiple attributes have been aggregated as triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and some interesting characteristics of it have been studied. The PROMETHEE II model is also used for achieving a group decision and selecting the best supplier.
