Management of financial resources and risk in education

مدير مالي بايد از طريق تدارك اطلاعات مالي، نقش سازنده اي در تصميم گيري مديريت، تحقق اهداف و تداوم فعاليت داشته است. هدف اصلي آن، بكارگيري مهارت هايي است كه با استفاده از آن مهارت ها، اهداف بنگاه هاي اقتصادي، كه همانا حداكثر كردن ثروت صاحبان بنگاه است، محقق گردد. وظيفه مدير مالي تأمين نقدينگي، استقراض از بانك، تحصيل ساير شركت ها و انتشار اوراق قرضه و سهام است. هر ساله منابع مالي قابل توجهي توسط عاملان سه گانه يعني فرد و خانواده، دولت و سازمان ها به آموزش تخصيص مي يابد. منابع اختصاصي به آموزش شامل منابع مالي و منابع زماني يا (هزينه فرصت) است. براي تأمين نيازهاي آموزشي، بخشي از منابع اختصاصي، منابعي است كه از بودجة خانواده ها، دولت يا مؤسسات، صرف آموزش مي شود. منابع مالي به اندازه اي بايد به آموزش و پرورش اختصاص يابد كه نيازهاي آموزشي جامعه را در حد كفايت تأمين و فراهم كند. مديريت صحيح منابع مالي در آموزش و پرورش باعث مي شود كيفيت خدمات آموزشي و پرورشي، رضايت كاركنان، دانش آموزان و اولياء و بهره وري از امكانات افزايش يابد.

Financial manager must play a constructive role in managerial decision making, the realization of goals and the continuity of activities through the provision of financial information. Its chief goal is to use the skills by the utilization of which the goals of economic firms, i.e. maximizing the wealth of the owners of the firm. Financial manager is obliged to provide liquidity, borrow from the bank, study other companies and issue bonds and stocks. Each year, significant funds are allocated for training by three major factors involved, i.e. the individual and the family, the government, and the organizations. Proprietary resources for training include resources and time sources, or (opportunity cost). To provide educational needs, part of the dedicated resources are those which are spent on education from the budget of families, government or institutions. Financial resources should be sufficiently allocated to education that would provide the educational needs of the community to the fullest extent. Proper management of financial resources in education will increase the quality of educational services, the satisfaction of staff, students and parents and the productivity of facilities. Inattention to financing the training will ultimately reduce the quality, efficiency and waste of resources.
