تحليل مقايسه اي مديريت كيفيت فراگير از منظر مديريت علمي و مديريت اسلامي (مورد مطالعه:بيمه دانا)

Comparative analysis of Total Quality Management from the perspective of Islamic Management and Management (Case Study: Dana Insurance).

مديريت كيفيت فراگير اقدامي است هوشمندانه، آرام و مستمر كه تأثيري هم افزا در تأمين اهداف سازمان دارد و در نهايت به رضايت مشتري، افزايش كارايي و بالا بردن توانايي رقابت در بازار ختم مي شود.با توجه به اهميت اين موضوع و با توجه به رهنمودهاي دين اسلام در همه زمينه ها از جمله مديريت و اقتصاد ؛در اين تحقيق مديريت كيفيت فراگير از منظر مديريت علمي و مديريت اسلامي در سازمان بيمه دانا مورد بررسي قرار مي گيرد. بدين منظور هفت عامل توجه به مشتري ،بهبود مستمر،كار تيمي و درگير شدن در كار،تعهد مديريت عالي و شناسايي،آموزش و توسعه،ارتباطات در شركت و سنجش و بازخور مورد مقايسه قرار گرفته است.جامعه آماري تحقيق را كاركنان بيمه دانا شعبه تخصصي خدمات بيمه اي فردوسي تهران تشكيل داده اند كه تعداد كل آنها 128نفر مي باشد و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران تعداد نمونه 96 نفر تخمين زده شده است. روايي و پايايي تحقيق مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت . براي روايي پرسشنامه؛از روايي صوري استفاده شده است و پايايي تحقيق با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ براي پرسشنامه مديريت كيفيت فراگير از ديدگاه مديريتي 818/0 و براي ديدگاه اسلامي 765/0 محاسبه شد كه مقدار قابل قبولي است. براي بررسي و آزمون فرضيه ها از آزمون تي همبسته با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS22 استفاده گرديده است

Comprehensive quality management is a smart, slow and continuous effort that has a synergistic effect on the organization s goals and ultimately results in customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, and increased ability to compete in the market. Given the importance of this issue and in accordance with the guidelines, Islamic religion in all fields including management and economics; In this research, comprehensive quality management is examined from the standpoint of scientific management and Islamic management in Dana Insurance Organization. To this end, seven factors have been compared: customer attention, continuous improvement, teamwork and engagement in work, high-quality management commitment, identification, training and development, company communication and measurement and feedback. The statistical population of the research is the insurance staff Dana has formed a specialized branch of Ferdowsi Insurance Company in Tehran with a total of 128 people. Using the Cochran formula, the number of samples is estimated to be 96. Validity and reliability of the research were evaluated. For the validity of the questionnaire, face validity was used and the reliability of the research was calculated using Cronbach s alpha for the quality management questionnaire from the management perspective of 0.818 and for the Islamic viewpoint was 765.
