Future Studies on the Physical Development of Kerman City with an Emphasis on Preventing Horizontal Development

پراكندگي از موضوع هاي مهم در شهرسازي است كه به خاطر عدم برنامه ريزي صحيح رخ داده است. شهرهاي ايران همچون بسياري از شهرهاي جهان سوم با افزايش سريع جمعيت و گسترش شهري مواجه بوده اند شهر كرمان نيز مانند بسياري از شهرهاي كشور از اين تحولات مصون نمانده است كه اين امر گسترش بي رويه شهر را نيز در پي داشته، به طوري كه با گسترش فيزيكي بيش از 3 برابري در طي سه دهه اخير، مشكلاتي از قبيل افزايش قيمت زمين و مسكن، كمبود امكانات زيربنايي و تخريب زمين هاي كشاورزي اطراف شهر از ره آوردهاي نامطلوب آن بوده است.روش تحقيق توصيفي- تحليلي است، لذا در اين پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن شاخصهاي كاربردي و بهره گيري از مدلهاي هلدرن، آنتروپي شانون، ضريب جيني ،ضريب موران وضربي گري به عنوان روشهايي كاربردي براي تحليل سيستماتيك الگوهاي رشد شهري به تعيين الگوي خزش شهر و نهايتاً به جلوگيري از توسعه افقي شهر كرمان مي پردازد. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه همه روشها بر توسعه كالبدي همراه با رشد بدقواره شهري در دهه هاي اخير تاكيد دارند. از اين رو اين شهر تا 10 سال آينده نيازمند رشد افقي نخواهد بود و جهت از بين رفتن اين مشكل بهترين راه حل پيشنهادي بازيافت اراضي شهري مي باشد.

Dispersion is one of the important issues in urban planning that has occurred due to lack of proper planning. The cities of Iran, like many other cities in the Third World, have faced rapid population growth and urban expansion. Kerman, like many other cities in the country, has not been immune to these developments, which has led to an over-expansion of the city. As with the physical expansion of more than 3 times over the past three decades, problems such as rising land and housing prices, lack of infrastructure and destruction of agricultural lands around the city have been caused by undesirable developments. The research is descriptive-analytical, Therefore, in this research, taking into account the applied indices and using Holdren models, Shannon entropy, Gini coefficient, moron coefficient of regulation as an applied method for systematic analysis of urban growth patterns to determine the city creep pattern and ultimately to prevent the horizontal development of the city Kerman deals. The results of the research show that all methods emphasize the development of the physical structure associated with urban growth in recent decades. Hence, the city will not require horizontal growth for the next 10 years and is the best solution for the recycling of urban landscapes to eliminate this problem.
