چكيده: در اين مقاله نشان داده مي شود كه شرط رسيدن به توسعه مطلوب از نظر اسلام ، دست يابي بشر به حياط معقول است. حياطي كه در آن نيازهاي مادي انسان به گون هاي تامين شود كه زمينه رشد و تعالي معنوي اش و رسيدن به مقام والايي كه خداوند متعال بشر را براي آن آفريده، فراهم شود. بنابرين از نظر اسلام، انسان هدف ومحور توسعه است . جهت تبيين شاخص هاي توسعه اقتصادي انسان محور از نظر اسلام، ترسيم وضعيت اقتصادي مطلوب جامعه اسلامي در سه زمينه توليد، توزيع ومصرف لازم است. معيار كلي تصميم گيري در زمينه توليد رفع نيازهاي حياطي واساسي جامعه است، زيرا تا نيازهاي حياطي وضرور جامعه تامين نشود صرف منابع در امور ديگر خلاف مصلحت عموم است. از نظر اسلام ، رشد و توسعه پيشنياز عدالت نيست، بلكه عدالت پيشنياز رشد وتوسعه است وحد مطلوب مصرف آن است كه افراد جامعه در زندگي شخصي واجتماعي خود به حد كفاف برسد. اين مقاله داراي سه بخش است. دربخش نخست تاريخچه شكل گيري انسان محوري ودر بخش دوم نسبت حقيقت و انسان از منظر فيلسوفان مدرن مورد بررسي قرار ميگيرد ودربخش سوم تعاريف مفهومي واژگان مطرح مي شود ودرآخر جمع بندي ونتيجه گيري

ABSTRACT This paper aims at representing the required conditions of desirable development in order to attain a reasonable life from an Islamic point of view. From this perspective the materialistic demands of mankind have been supplied in order to pave the way for spiritual ascendency and sublime dignity that the Great God has created human beings to achieve such a position. Thus from Islamic point of view the center and aim of this development is the mankind himself. To specify the characteristics of Islamic humanism economic developments it is indeed, essential to describe an acceptable and desirable economic condition of Islamic society from the outlooks of production, distribution and consumption. The general criterion the area of production is to fulfill their preliminary basic needs, since it is impolitic to spend the public resources in other area as long as the very principal needs of society have not been met. According to Islam, justice is not the prerequisite of all developments and accretions; rather it is the justice itself which is the prerequisite of all developments. And the adequacy and affordability of human beings in social and personal life is considered as the end for optimal consumption .This article has been prepared in 3 parts. The first part has been appropriated to represent the history of formation of humanism. The second part has been assigned to the proportion of truth and mankind based on modern philosophy. And the third part evaluates the Conceptual and lexical definitions. Finally the last part is the conclusion.
