We show that if A is k-quasihyponormal and $B^{*}$ is an invertible k-quasiposinormal operator
such that AX = XB, for some $X\in C_{2}(H)$, then $A^{*}X = XB^{*}$ and the range and the kernel of
generalized inner derivation induced by operators in these classes of operators are orthogonal.
