Chebyshev polynomials in sparse sums

This paper introduces a generalization for the reconstruction of M-sparse sums in Chebyshev bases of the third kind. When M is much smaller than the degree of Chebyshev polynomial and there are M nonzero coefficients in this polynomial. This was done for Chebyshev polynomials of the first and second kind and we try to generalize this process for Chebyshev polynomials of the third kind
