Some necessary conditions on the inverse eigenvalue problem of symmetric nonnegative matrices

In this paper for a given set of real numbers with special conditions, we prove that there exist a nonnegative symmetric matrix such that the given set is its spectrum. In continue we present a sufficient conditions as conjecture for existence this matrix.
