In this paper, we introduce Legendre wavelets and operational matrix of fractional integration. we first convert the fractional nonlinear Fredholm integro-differential equations into a system of nonlinear algebraic equations using Legendre wavelets operational matrix. Then, by solving this system, we obtain the approximate solution of the main problem. In addition, we solve an example by the proposed method and the second kind Chebyshev wavelets method. Also, approximate solutions are compared with the exact solution.
