In the current work, an efficient meshless technique based on the radial basis functions is formulated and used to solve the electromagnetic scattering problems from infinite perfectly conducting cylinders at low frequency. The scattering problem is mathematically modeled as the electric field integral equation (EFIE) in the transverse magnetic (TM) mode. Many of the classical numerical methods have a serious challenge to deal with the EFIE at low frequency domain. So in our implementation a fast multipole technique is used for expediting the process of implementation.
