Mobile phones play an increasingly significant role in everyday lives. They are the most efficient and accessible communication and calculation devices that require no specific time or location. Rapid development of portable calculation created a driving force to develop a simultaneous technology in the markets. However, portable devices are facing with various challenges regarding available resources such as battery, storage, bandwidth, security and mobility. Limitation of resources in these devices has a significant effect on the quality of the services. The most important limitation is the energy consumption that limits us in using the device for calculation, in spite of the availability of other sources. Offloading computation on the cloud and the use of portable cloud for computation are from the suggested solutions. But if there was not an available cloud or an occurrence of disconnection with the cloud, mobile devices are other objects to use. In this paper by Lyapunov optimization and considering the requirement of time for the applicable program we will try to suggest a dynamic method which its simulation analysis shows that offloading the computation regarding the limitation of time leads to a less expenditure of energy compared to the current algorithm.
