Enhance the technological and technical skills of human force of training organizations are all societies are important .In this regard ,Assessment of teachers Ict Skills based on Kirkpatrickʹs model is target of investigation .Research method is descriptive and the nature of the evaluation is based on the Kirkpatrick model .Number of participant in this research was ,642 who stratified simple random sampling of 598 people were selected .The method of data analyzed was descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics .The results and findings of the study have shown that the achievement of educational goals in organizational compliance level and the level of knowledge and feedback were above the favorable average of mean. But achievement of level of insight is below the mean of favorite level but evaluation of teachers LCT skills were meaningful and in desirable .
