The study investigates factors affecting members satisfaction of Mashhad cattle husbandry cooperative. Required data and statistics are collected via interviews and questionnaires from cattlemen. Cattlemen of Mashhad constitute the statistical population of the study; Using Cochran formula, 60 Cattlemen is selected randomly as the sample in 2013. SPSS software package is used for data analysis beside discriminant analysis model. The results show that variables of cooperative education programs, meat purchase from cattlemen and technical services including diets and sperm preparation have significant negative impact on cattlemen s satisfaction of the performance of the cooperative. In contrast, variables of production and distribution of animal food, milk prices purchased from farmers, providing consulting services, method of members participation in decision making, facility services, cooperatives employees behavior have a positive impact on the satisfaction of cattlemen from organizations performance. According to the results, it is suggested that since preparation of some of imported animal food is difficult for the cattlemen, the Cooperative is required to take the credit for the mission and assist the cattlemen to produce more.
