جايگاه يادگيري الكترونيكي در دانشگاه‌هاي برتر دنيا و آينده تحولات آن در آموزش عالي ايران

The position of e-learning in the world amp;#039;s top universities and the future of its developments in higher education in Iran

علي‌رغم گذشت چند دهه مفهوم‌پردازي‌هاي مرتبط با يادگيري الكترونيكي در عرصه جهاني و حدود يك دهه تجربه در ايران، هنوز برنامه‌ريزي تحول‌گرايانه در راستاي توسعه كارآمد اين ابزار فناوري در محيط‌هاي آموزش عالي صورت نگرفته است. به دليل باورناپذيري برخي مديران و سياست‌گذاران، با وجود تحولات نظري، آموزش عالي ايران نتوانسته است در عرصه عمل از اين انقلاب فناوري به‌طور مؤثر استفاده نمايد. هنوز پرسش‌هاي مختلفي در اذهان مسئولين و سياست‌گذاران آموزش عالي درمورد اهميت و اثرگذاري يادگيري الكترونيكي وجود دارد كه لازم است مورد بررسي و بازكاوي قرار گيرد. از طرفي، توجه به روند به‌كارگيري اين فناوري در دانشگاه‌هاي برتر دنيا ميتواند به‌عنوان راهبردي اساسي در ترسيم مسير آتي كارگشا بوده و نقش ايفا نمايد. اين كاوش پس از مرور بر مقدمات اساسي يادگيري الكترونيكي، به جايگاه اين فناوري در دانشگاه‌هاي برتر جهان و نيز تحولات آن در حوزه آموزش مي‌پردازد. در ادامه با توجه به بررسي لازم و تجارب موجود الزامات راهبردي در توسعه و به‌كارگيري اين فناوري در آموزش عالي ايران پرداخته مي‌شود. يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه مي‌تواند به آغاز فصل جديدي از گذار از تحولات مفهومي و رويكردهاي نظري به سمت سياست‌گذاري عملي يادگيري الكترونيكي در آموزش عالي كشور بينجامد.

Despite the passing several decades of conceptualization related to e-learning in the world as well as a decade of experience in Iran, it has not yet been conducted a transformational planning towards the efficient development of this technology tool in higher education environments. Due to the unbelievability of some managers and policymakers in Iran s higher education, even with the theoretical revolutions, has not been able to effectively use this technology revolution. There are still several questions in the minds of higher education managers and policymakers about the importance and effectiveness of e-learning that needs to be reviewed and re-explored. On the other hand, paying attention to the trend of this technology at the world s top universities can be considered as an essential strategy in developing the future path in Iranian higher education context. This study investigate the Exploring the status of this technology at the world s leading universities and its revolutions in the field of education, after reviewing the basic concepts of e-learning. Furthermore, The article studied the existing experiences of strategic requirements for development and application of this technology in higher education. The findings of this study could lead to starting a new perspective in the transition from conceptual revolutions and theoretical approaches to practical e-learning policy makings.
