چكيده فارسي :
اين پژوهش با هدف تعيين رابطه بين آموزش مهارت هاي زندگي مستقل به افراد با آسيب بينايي، ارائه شده ؛ واز سوي تشكل هاي مدني و مردم نهاد شهر تهران با كيفيت زندگي آنها انجام شده است.
روش اين پژوهش از نوع توصيفي و همبستگي است. جامعه اي متشكل از كليه مددجويان تحت آموزش مراكز و مؤسسات مردم نهاد فعال در شهر تهران بودند و نمونه اي 83 به تعداد 83 نفر به روش مذكور انتخاب شد. ابزارهاي پژوهش، پرسشنامه دموگرافيك، پرسشنامه هاي محقق ساخته مهارت هاي زندگي مستقل نابينايان و كيفيت زندگي هستند.داده هاي گردآوري شده، جهت تجزيه و تحليل، به دو روش آمار توصيفي (ميانگين و انحراف استاندارد)و آمار استنباطي ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون و آزمون T با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS محاسبه شدند.نتايج نشان مي دهند كه ضريب همبستگي بين متغيرها، رابطه ي بين مهارت هاي زندگي مستقل با كيفيت زندگي در دختران (01/0 P ،54/0r=) معنادار است اما اين رابطه در پسران (05/0 P ،16/0r=)معنادار نيست. ضريب همبستگي مثبت بين نمرهي مهارت هاي زندگي مستقل و كيفيت زندگي بيانگر آن است كه با افزايش ميزان مهارت هاي زندگي مستقل در دختران، كيفيت زندگي هم افزايش مي¬يابد. معنادار بودن اين نتايج در مورد دختران نسبت به پسران، از سويي خرسندي ناشي از حضور اجتماعي و احساس نياز به آموزش براي بهبود زندگي دختران را مي آفريند و از سويي اين تأمل كه آيا پسران نسبت به دختران نياز كمتري به آموزش ديدن دارند يا نوع نگرش جنسيتي و انتظارات اجتماعي،آنها را از مراجعه به اين مراكز باز مي دارد.

This study was conducted to determine the relationship between independent living skills training Provided by civil organizations and NGOs in Tehran and quality of life for the blind.
This research is descriptive and correlational.
The research instruments were a demographic questionnaire, a questionnaire developed by the researchers independent life skills for blind and quality of life.
The collected data were calculated for the analysis of the two methods of descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and T-test and regression using the software SPSS.
Results: The correlation coefficient between variables show
Is a significant relationship between independent living skills and quality of life in girls (01/0 P , 54 / 0r =). But this relationship is not significant in males (05/0 P , 16 / 0r =).
Positive correlation between the scores suggest that independent life skills and quality of life
Quality of life also increases with increasing independent living skills in girls.
This is the significance of these findings about girls than boys
On the one hand due to the presence pleased to provide social and emotional needs training to improve the lives of girls.
On the other hand the need to reflect whether the boys than the girls to get education
Or gender attitudes and social expectations prevent them from going to the centers
Whatever be the reason, further research is needed on the closer and more serious.
