The numerical modeling of a 2D flow around T-shaped microchanel near a rigid bed with the gap ratios
G/D = 0, 0.2, 0.3 at Reynolds numbers 840, 4500, 9000, and 9500 is investigated by using weakly compressible smoothed particle hydrodynamics. First a two-dimensional simulation of different T-shaped micro channel and two-phase steady flow (gas-liquid) with different fluids and multiphase flow with Eulerian model has been performed. Then different fluid is used in simulations of two-dimensional two-phase flow and heat transfer system to investigate the microchannel performance in cooling.
