Globalization, Global City, and Global citizen (Case Study, Staff s Attitude, Shiraz Municipality)

امروزه به‌واسطه جهاني‌شدن سرنوشت تمامي افراد، سازمان‌ها و حكومت‌ها بيش از پيش به يكديگر گره‌خورده و تأثيرات اين فرآيند بر تمامي حوزه‌هاي فعاليت بشري، غيرقابل انكار مي‌باشد. بررسي تأثيرات جهاني‌شدن بر شهرها موضوع مطالعات گوناگوني در طول حداقل چهار دهه اخير بوده است. شهرها در طول اين دهه‌ها به دليل اهميت اجتماعي و اقتصادي، روابط بچيده‌اي با جهاني‌شدن داشته‌اند. هدف اين مقاله شناخت و بررسي فرآيند جهاني‌شدن و تأثير آن بر شهرها و معيارهاي جهان شهرها و شكل‌گيري شهروند جهاني و سنجش نگرش شهروندان بامطالعه موردي كاركنان شهرداري شيراز به فرآيند جهاني‌شدن و شهروند جهاني مي‌باشد و بر اساس اين تحقيق كاركنان شهرداري شيراز به‌عنوان شهروند نگرش مثبت به شهروند جهاني دارند. در اين راستا بايد با استفاده از الگو گرفتن از شهرهاي جهاني و با آموزش‌هاي لازم به تحقق شهروند جهاني پيش از پيش توجه شود.

Nowadays, due to development of globalization, all people, organizations, and governments are dependent on each other more than ever and the effects of this process on all fields of human activity is undeniable. Investigating the effects of globalization on cities has been study s issue at least in the last four decades.During these decades, due to social and economic importance, cities have had complicated relationships with globalization. The purpose of this article is to recognize and study the process of globalization and its impact on cities and the formation of global citizens as well as measuring the attitudes of citizens according to the case study of Shiraz municipality staff in respect to the process of globalization and global citizen. The results show that Shiraz municipality staff as well as other citizens have a positive attitude toward the named subject. In this regard, it required more care toward global cities, so they must pay more attention to necessary trainings in order to become suitable global citizens.
