توسعه پايدار در دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد: اهداف، چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها

Sustainable Development at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad: Aims, Challenges and Opportunities

از آنجا كه دانشگاه‌ها پيشرو و الگو در جامعه هستند، ترديدي نيست كه باهدف گذاري و شروع آموزش و برنامه‌ريزي از جامعه فرهيخته دانشگاهي مي‌توان راه‌هاي دستيابي به توسعه پايدار را هموار نمود. علاوه بر اسناد و قوانين فرادست ملي و جهاني مبني بر لزوم حفظ محيط‌زيست و لزوم توسعه پايدار و دستورالعمل‌هاي موجود براي مديريت سبز، در كشور ما، به تازگي مبحث مديريت سبز به‌طورجدي مطرح گرديده است. در اين خصوص چندي پيش شيوه‌نامه و دستورالعملي توسط وزارت علوم، تحقيقات فناوري تنظيم و به‌طور يكپارچه و همزمان به دانشگاه‌ها، پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري ابلاغ شد. دستورالعمل اجرايي مذكور وزارت عتف، به علت يكپارچگي حوزه فعاليت و مشابهت‌هاي ساختاري و تشكيلاتي دانشگاه‌ها، داراي مزاياي زيادي نسبت به دستورالعمل‌هاي فرادست مثل دستورالعمل‌هاي عمومي ابلاغي سازمان حفاظت محيط‌زيست (كه دربرگيرنده واحدهاي صنعتي و خدماتي نيز مي‌باشد) بوده و لذا مي‌تواند علاوه بر كاربري بهتر، به ارزيابي بهتر و دقيق‌تر دانشگاه‌ها نيز كمك نمايد. لذا، امروز اين امكان فراهم مي‌شود كه واحدها و مؤسسات علمي سرآمد و برجسته، تجربيات و پيشرفت‌هاي خودشان در اجراي مديريت سبز را به ديگر واحدهاي آموزشي و پژوهشي منتقل كنند و توسط ارزيابي‌هاي استاندارد و بر اساس معيارهاي شفاف و كمي، نقاط ضعف و قوت خود را شناخته و ضمن استفاده از تجربيات و راهبردهاي دانشگاه‌هايي مثل دانشگاه فردوسي مشهد (با بيش از يك دهه پيشينه در اجراي مديريت سبز، برگزيده در سطح ملي و با رتبه قابل‌توجه در سيستم رتبه‌بندي دانشگاه‌هاي سبز در سطح بين‌المللي)، از فرصت‌هاي تعامل، همفكري و همسويي پيش رو، در جهت ارتقاي كيفيت دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان الگو و پيشرو جامعه بهره بگيرند.

Since universities are the leaders and templates in a society, there is no doubt that planning and beginning training of university educated society pave the way for sustainable development. In addition to the documents covering both national and international laws on the need to preserve the environment and the need for sustainable development and existing guidelines for green management units, the issue of green management is a new topic in our country. In this regard, recently, a guideline was adjusted by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran and was announced simultaneously to universities, science and technology parks. Execution of the guidelines, due to the structural similarities and organizational integration activities of universities, has several advantages superior to the such as general guidelines issued by the EPA (which includes industrial and service units as well). This can have more efficiency and gives us a better evaluation of the universities. Therefore, it is possible for leading universities and institutions (Such as Ferdowsi University of Mashhad with more than a decade of experience in this area) to transfer their knowledge and experience to other organizations in this area and, at the same time recognize their own weaknesses and strengths. Moreover, the institutions can benefit from the interaction and communication opportunities provided for enhancing the quality of higher education and universities all over the country as a successful and leading template in society.
