مكان يابي بهينه ايستگاه هاي اتوبوس بر اساس مدل AHP و با استفاده از GIS، نمونه مورد مطالعه: شهرك دانشگاه در شهر يزد

Bus stop optimal locating using AHP and Geographic Information System,Case study:Daneshgah Town in Yazd

امروزه يكي از مسايل مهم در نظام توسعه و مديريت شهري در شهرهاي بزرگ مقوله حمل و نقل و ترافيك شهري است. در اين بين كمبود و نارسايي در سيستم حمل و نقل شهري به عنوان يكي از موانع رشد و توسعه در هر شهري به شمار مي رود. ساماندهي سيستم هاي حمل و نقل به عنوان راه حلي به اين معضل، قابليت هاي مطلوب حركت را براي افراد و كالاها فراهم مي آورند و بر الگوهاي رشد و توسعه تاثير مي گذارند. امروزه شبكه حمل و نقل عمومي و عناصر آن ها همچون ايستگاه هاي اتوبوس يكي از اجزاي مهم سيستم حمل و نقل عمومي به شمار مي آيند. بنابراين لازم است در محل هايي تعبيه شوند كه باعث افزايش پوشش اين سيستم در مناطق مختلف شهر شوند. اين پژوهش از حيث هدف كاربردي بوده و از روش توصيفي و علي تطبيقي بهره گرفته است و اطلاعات و داده هاي اوليه پژوهش به دو شكل اسنادي و ميداني جمع آوري شده است. به منظور تحليل داده ها و تهيه نقشه هاي مورد نياز از نرم افزار Arc GIS استفاده شده است. علاوه بر اين از مدل تحليلي سلسله مراتبي(AHP) بهره گرفته شده و از نرم افزار Super desicion جهت وزن دهي به شاخص هاي مورد مطالعه و در نهايت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها استفاده شده است. نتايج پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه مكان يابي ايستگاه هاي اتوبوس در شهرك دانشگاه در شهر يزد از وضعيت نسبتا مطلوبي برخوردار است. در انتها نيز به منظور ايجاد شرايط مطلوب موقعيت ايستگاه هاي جديد براي ارتقاي كيفيت سيستم حمل و نقل عمومي پيشنهاد شده است.

Abstract Today, one of the most important issues in urban development and management in major cities is urban transport and traffic. In the meantime, shortages and deficiencies in the urban transport system are considered as a barrier to growth in any urban area. The organization of transport systems as a solution to this problem provides the desired capabilities for movement for individuals and goods and affects patterns of growth and development. Today, the public transport network and its elements, such as bus stations, are one of the important components of the public transportation system. Therefore, it is necessary to install in places that increase the coverage of this system in different parts of the city. This research is applied to the purpose of the research and uses the descriptive and causal method. The initial data and data of the research have been collected in both documentary and field studies. Arc GIS software is used to analyze the data and prepare the required maps. Additionally, a hierarchical analytical model (AHP) was used and the Super Desicion software was used to weigh the studied indexes and eventually analyze the data. The results of this research indicate that the location of bus stations in the university town in Yazd has a relatively favorable situation. Finally, in order to create favorable conditions, new stations have been proposed to improve the quality of the public transportation system.
