چكيده فارسي :
در حال حاضر با توجه به عقب ماندگي هاي بسيار علمي، اقتصادي و تكنولوژيكي و غيره در ايران، رويكرد عمومي كشور به سمت وارد كردن علوم و تكنولوژي مدرن از غرب در عرصه هاي مختلف بوده است؛ در حالي كه هيچگونه ارزيابي از نتيجه اين شتابزدگي در ورود و استفاده از تكنولوژي خاصه در معماري صورت نگرفته است. از سوي ديگر، همجواري فرهنگ، هويت و ديگر مختصات جامعه ايراني با تكنولوژي مدرن آنهم به صورت ابتدايي و ناقص، ناهنجاري هايي را سبب گرديده است. شرايط امروز جامعه ايران به گونه اي است كه سردرگمي ميان دو ديدگاه جهاني گرا و محلي گرا از بزرگترين چالش هاست. هر سرزميني يك روح، يك تفكر، يك فرهنگ، يك معماري دارد كه قابل تداوم است و بايد تداوم پيدا كند. آنجا كه مسكن يك نياز اجتماعي و اولويتي است مقدم بر تمام كارهاي ديگركه از جانب اجتماع به معماري تحميل مي شود. تنوع گرايي، كثرت گرايي، التقاط و تعدد ديدگاه ها از اصلي‌ترين شاخصه هاي معماري معاصر در دهه هاي اخير است. گرايش به سمت ديدگاه جهاني گرا در معماري با جدايي و انفصال از گذشته و تاريخ رو به سوي معماري جهاني دارد. در اكثر موارد بدون آگاهي‌هاي نظري و شناخت دقيق مفاهيم فكري گرايش هاي جهاني، معمار ايراني رو به تقليدي كوركورانه و سطحي آورده است. عدم شكل‌گيري يك بنيان انديشه‌اي منسجم در ذهن معماران حتي موجب مي‌شود در برداشت سطحي از آثار جهاني نيز به يك شيوه بسنده نكرده و با اعمال سليقه هاي شخصي،كثرت گرايي و التقاط را دامن بزنند. لذا باتوجه به مطالب فوق مقاله حاضر بدون ورود به جزئيات فيزيكي و فني و مصالح و كالبدي آن‌ها با اشاره به برخي از اصلي‌ترين ويژگي‌هاي مسكن ايراني مطلوب كه امروزه خواست مردم بوده و رعايت آن‌ها سبب ايجاد محيطي مطلوب براي زندگي بر اساس شاخصه فرهنگي خواهد شد، به نگارش در آمده است. ابعاد مختلف تاثير پذيري جامعه ايران از مفاهيم معماري مدرن، از اهداف مقاله و سامانه‌ي جستجوي آن نيز كيفي است.

At present, given the very scientific, economic and technological backlogs in Iran, The general approach of the country has been towards introducing modern science and technology from the West in various fields; While there has been no evaluation of the outcome of this hurry in the introduction and use of special technology in architecture. On the other hand, the adjacency of culture, identity and other coordinates of the Iranian society with modern technology, both primitive and incomplete, has caused maladaptation. The current conditions of Iranian society are such that the confusion between the two globalist and localistic views is one of the greatest challenges. Each territory of a soul, a thought, a culture, has an architecture that can be sustained and must persist. Where housing is a social and priority need, it is preceded by all other tasks imposed on society by the architecture. Variationism, pluralism, ecstasy and plurality of viewpoints are the main features of contemporary architecture in recent decades. The tendency toward a globalist perspective in architecture, with separation from the past and the history, is towards a global architecture. In most cases, without the theoretical knowledge and the exact recognition of the intellectual concepts of global trends, the Iranian architect has come up with a blind and superficial imitation. The lack of a coherent foundation of thought in the minds of architects even makes it impossible for a superficial understanding of world works to be made in a way that fosters pluralism and eclecticism by applying personal tastes. Therefore, according to the abovementioned articles, the present article without entering into their physical, technical and material details, with reference to some of the most important characteristics of the most desirable Iranian housing, which today is the will of the people, and observing them, will create a favorable environment for life based on cultural characteristics, It has been written.
