بررسي نقش نماي ساختمان هاي معاصر در معرفي و شكل گيري هويت شهري (نمونه موردي بلوار 24 متري سعادت آباد تهران)

Investigating the Role of Contemporary Buildings in the Introduction and Formation of Urban Identity (Case Study of Saadat Abad 24m Boulevard,Tehran)

نماي ساختمان ها تشكيل دهنده ي نماي شهري هستند و نماي شهر، هويت آن شهر را به نمايش مي گذارد. در سال هاي اخير نماي ساختمان هاي شهر تهران مانند برخي كلان شهرهاي ديگر بسيار ناهنجار گشته اند. منظر شهري را ميتوان در ابعاد عملكردي، هويتي و زيباشناسانه مورد بررسي قرار داد، بر همين اساس اين نوشتار نيز به جنبه هاي زيبايي شناسي نما ساختمان ها در منظر شهري و با هدف تشخيص سليقه مردم نسبت به نما ساختمان ها به بررسي اين بناها با رويكرد هويت ميپردازد با استفاده از روش تصميم گيري چند معياره، عوامل موثر در استفاده از انواع نماها بررسي و گزينه ها رتبه بندي گرديدند. با توجه به نتايج حاصل شده از اين تحقيق استفاده روز افزون از نماهاي غربي به دليل تخريب بناهاي تاريخي تهران مي باشد و در صورت ادامه روند تخريب اين بناها و عدم محافظت از ميراث فرهنگي اين شهر با تمدن، نماهاي شهر كاملا به سمت نماهاي رومي سوق پيدا مي كنند كه هيج گونه تناسبي با فرهنگ مردم اين منطقه ندارد.

According to the results of this study, the increasing use of Western views due to the destruction of Tehran monuments and if the destruction of these buildings continues and the lack of protection of the city cultural heritage with civilization, the city views are completely towards the Roman views They find that they do not fit into the culture of the people of this region.
