چكيده فارسي :
از آنجا كه فرهنگ كشور ما، فرهنگي ديني و اسلامي است، تربيت و آموزش ما به يك معنا، ديني خواهد بود، و اما با توجه به عصر ارتباطات آسيب هاي ديني در جامعه ما، كاملا مشهود و برجسته است، دين گريزي و دين ستيزي نسل جوان، از آسيب ها و چالش هايي است كه نگارنده را به اين امر سوق داد تا با تأمل در آموزه هاي تعليمي عرفان و دليل جذابيت آموزش هاي معنويت گرا در برخي جوانان، به راهكاري نوين دست يافته، شايد بتواند با پيشنهاداتي در سيستم آموزش فرهنگ ديني در تحول نسل جديد گامي بردارد. در حقيقت تأكيد و اهتمام به آموزش صرفا نظري، خاستگاه اين آسيب است، كه مي توان با پرورش حس ديني و مهيا كردن بستر و موقعيت عملي براي جوان در امر آموزش با استنباط از آموزه هاي عرفاني اقدام نمود. لذا هدف نگارنده در اين مقاله آن است كه با روش توصيفي – استنباطي، مؤلفه ي تجربه دروني را بر اساس آموزه هاي عرفاني در آموزش فرهنگ ديني راهكاري نو تبيين نمايد. در حقيقت فرهنگ تربيت ديني به اين معناست كه ديني شدن در ارتباطي از نوع تربيت در متربي شكل گيرد. بي ترديد پيراستن تربيت ديني از بدفهمي ها ي والدين و مربيان از دين، عدم توفيق در تربيت ديني را دنبال خواهد داشت. يكي از مولفه هايي كه در تدين فرد نقش اساسي دارد اين است كه متربي مفاهيم فرهنگ ديني را تجربه كند تا حاصل تجربه كه لذت است در او پايدار شده و موجبات استمرار و در نهايت ملكه شدن را داشته باشد. اين حقيقتي است كه متأسفانه در تربيت ديني ناديده گرفته شده و همين امر موجب ناكامي گرديده است. حاصل تحقيق اين است كه استفاده از آموزه هاي تعليمي عرفاني مانند: عشق، مراقبه و سحر خيزي و كاربردي، تجربي بودن اين آموزه ها، موجبات كشش و رشد افراد را رقم خواهد زد و استنباط و استفاده از اين روش ها كليد رهايي از آسيب آموزشي در حوزه فرهنگ ديني خواهد گرديد.

Given the religious and Islamic culture of Iran, education and training in this country is also based on the instructions of Islam. However, technology development in the society has led to visible and prominent religious damages. Some of the evaluated factors in this research include religious aversion and evasion of the adult generation. The researcher aimed to assess mystical teachings and cause of attractiveness of spirituality-oriented training in some of the adolescents in society to obtain new strategies in this regard. In addition, the main purpose of this article is to provide some recommendations for education of religious culture, so that new steps are taken toward the development of this area. In fact, the origin of this problem is focus and dedication to only theoretical teachings. By creating a sense of religion and providing the foundations and practical situations for the youth, we might be able to train these individuals with mystical teachings. This descriptive-inferential research is carried out to determine new strategies for the component of inner experience according to mystical components of education of religious culture. In fact, the culture of religious training is defined as religiosity through the education of a trainee. Without a doubt, misunderstanding of religious concepts by parents and teachers will be associated with lack of success of religious training. One of the essential components of individual religiosity is experiencing cultural concepts, so that the result of experience, which is pleasure, is sustained in the person and turned into a permanent issue. Unfortunately, this fact is neglected in religious trainings, causing failure of these educations. According to the results of this study, application of mystical teachings, including love, medication, rising early, and practical applications, leads to the growth of an individual. Therefore, application of these methods will reduce deficits of religious trainings.
