Effect of Sexual Intelligence Training Culture on the Psychological Intimacy of the Couples Referring to the Health Centers

فرهنگ كيفيت زندگي گروهي از افراد بشر است كه از يك نسل به نسل ديگر انتقال پيدا مي كند. انسانها داراي قدرت درك همه ي حالتهاي رفتاري و فعاليتها هستند و متغيرهاي فرهنگي نيز در خلاقيت و قدرت تجسم ذهن در انسان نهفته است.هوش جنسي از جمله نظريه هاي جديد در دنياي فرامدرن امروزي مي باشد. هوش جنسي مجموعه منابع داخلي است كه به فرد امكان آرامش، حضور درلحظه، ارتباط، واكنش به برانگيختگي در شرايط مختلف، ايجاد پيوند فيزيكي و عاطفي با شريك جنسي را مي دهد و داراي مولفه هاي اطلاعات و آگاهي، مهارتهاي عاطفي و حسي و كلامي، آگاهي از بدن و شناخت آن و راحتي و رضايت مي باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش تاثير فرهنگ آموزش هوش جنسي بر صميميت روانشناختي زوجين مي باشد. اين پژوهش از نوع نيمه تجربي با دو گروه آزمايش و كنترل با پيش آزمون و پس آزمون و آزمون پيگيري مي باشد ، كه آموزش ها طي ده جلسه به زوجين گروه آزمايشي ارايه گرديد.ابزار اين پژوهش، پرسشنامه صميميت روانشناختي باگاروزي (2000) مي باشد . داده هاي پژوهش، با روش تحليل واريانس، مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. نتايج به دست آمده نشان از اثر مثيت فرهنگ آموزش هوش جنسي بر صميميت روانشناختي زوجين دارد.فرهنگ به وسيله آموزش، به نسل بعدي منتقل مي شود. يك هوشمند جنسي توانايي تصفيه اطلاعاتي كه از منابع مختلف از جمله والدين، جامعه و دوستان دريافت مي كند را دارا مي باشد. جنبه ي مهم رفتاري افراد هوشمند جنسي، شناخت ترس ها و اولويت ها و نياز هايشان است و با شناخت و آموزش مي تواند فرهنگ آن را نيز منتقل كند. در تعريف صميميت روانشناختي نيز گفته مي شود، يك نياز به بيان و در ميان نهادن اميدها و روياها و خيالپردازيها و طرح ها آتي و نيز ترس ها، نگراني ها، شك و ترديد ها، ناامني ها، مشكلات و تعارضات دروني با همسر است و اين دو جنبه از هوش جنسي و صميميت روان شناختي كاملا با هم تطابق دارند.

Culture is defined as the quality of life in a group of people, which is transmitted across generations. Humans have the ability to understand various behavioral tendencies and activities, while cultural variables remain an essential part of their creativity and imagination. Sexual intelligence is one of the newest concepts in the ultramodern world. Sexual intelligence encompasses the innate resources of an individual, which facilitate peace of mind, staying in the present moment, communication, response to stimulation under different circumstances, and establishing physical and emotional connections with the sexual partner. Sexual intelligence consists of various components, including information, knowledge, emotional, sensory and verbal skills, knowledge of the body, and comfort. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of sexual intelligence training culture on the psychological intimacy of couples.This quasi-experimental study was conducted with a pretest-posttest design and a follow-up on two groups of experimental and control. Training was provided to the couples of the experimental group for 10 sessions. Research instrument was Bagarozzi s couples’ intimacy questionnaire (2000), and data analysis was performed using the analysis of variance. The results confirmed the positive effect of sexual intelligence training on the psychological intimacy of couples. Culture is transferred across generations through education. A sexually intelligent individual is able to alter and filter the information from various sources, such as parents, community and friends. The important aspect of sexual behavior is understanding the sexual needs, fears and priorities; therefore, adequate knowledge and training in this regard could help the transfer of the culture. Furthermore, definition of psychological intimacy necessitates couples for the expression of hopes, dreams and fantasies, establishing future plans, and sharing fears, worries, doubts, insecurities, problems and internal conflicts with the sexual partner. These two aspects of sexual intimacy and psychological intelligence completely overlap.
