It’s very important in our military areas in our country, that the military officers must control all of the signals in their work areas. In this paper we propose a military sensor that it can sense every signal of people’s mobile phones in military areas. The most different between this idea the sensors that there are in our country, is those sensors can understands sense just the signal of mobile phones. But this paper proposed a sensor that it can understands the type of the Mobile operator’s signals in Iran such as Irancell, MCI and etc. According to the SAP we must at first service identification about military areas and after that we design our idea in Visual paradigm for make a good BPMN.
