انطباق طراحي خانه هاي مسكوني متناسب با گونه شناسي معماري دامغان (نمونه موردي خانه هاي قديمي معروف دامغان)

COMPLIANCE DESIGN RESIDENTIAL HOUSES ACCORDING TO THE ARCHITECTURAL TYPOLOGY DAMEQAN (CASE SAMPLE HAUSES OF THE FAMOUS DANGHAN)

خانه به‌عنوان قرارگاه رفتاري خانواده، ازلحاظ عملكردي و كالبدي، مكان شكل‌گيري رفتار، فرهنگ و اخلاق واحد اجتماع است. خانه‌ي سنتي ايران مكاني سازنده و مناسب براي اين مهم بود؛ اما معماري مسكن امروز ايران، ظرف مناسبي براي اين مهم نيست! چراكه خصوصيت ايراني بودن خود را ازدست‌داده و به‌تبع آن قابليت پرورش فرهنگ ايراني از آن سلب شده است! مسكن امروزي برگرفته از الگوهاي غربي و بدون رعايت مسائل بومي و اقليمي طراحي مي‌شوند كه نتيجه آن تبديل خانه‌ها به خوابگاه و نداشتن آسايش و احساس بي‌هويتي است. لذا از الزامات معماري ما در عصر جديد، توجه به معماري اصيل سنتي و احياي معماري و بافت‌هاي تاريخي ارزشمند، مردمي و ديرپاي ايران است؛ زيرا زندگي، تمدن و فرهنگ زيست ما، اعم از شهري و روستايي در آن‌ها متبلور شده و يكي از ضروريات تأمين زندگي سالم و آرام، بازگشت به ارزش‌هاي زندگي پرمعني گذشته و احيا و به‌روز كردن معماري با هويت و ارزشمند سنتي ايران است. اين مقاله متناسب با گونه شناسي معماري دامغان به طراحي خانه‌هاي مسكوني مي‌پردازد تا ضمن اقتباس از معماري سنتي، پاسخ گوي نيازهاي امروز جامعه در كالبدي شايسته براي فرهنگ ايراني باشد. اين تحقيق از گونه پژوهش موردي با شيوه تحقيق تركيبي شامل روش‌هاي توصيفي، تحليلي و درنهايت استدلال منطقي است. به‌اين‌ترتيب، در اين پژوهش با استفاده از مشاهده و برداشت ميداني، مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و بررسي چهار خانه قديمي در دامغان گونه¬هاي غالب خانه در اين منطقه شناسايي گرديد تا با رويكرد گونه شناسي معماري دامغان به طراحي خانه‌هاي مسكوني در غالب امروزي پرداخت.

As the family behavioral base, home/house is a small society unit in terms of its context and functionality, location of manner formation and development of culture ethics. The Iranian traditional home/house has been a constructive and practical place for realization of such goals. However Iran s current housing architecture is not a proper framework to meet the objectives mentioned above! Because it has lost its Iranian/local features characteristics and consequently potential to nurture Iranian culture values! The existing modern housing framework has been derived from Western design paradigms regardless of local and regional issues which turn functions of houses into hostels dormitories and result in lack of comfort and sense of identity as well. Hence paying attention to original traditional architecture and rehabilitation of historic, valuable, respected, popular and long-lasting Iranian housing contexts structures/ framework are the major architectural requirements in the modern era; because our living norms, culture and civilization, whether urban and rural, have been nurtured and developed in such framework. Besides, revitalization of earlier preceding basic significant life values and rehabilitation renovation of the Iranian appreciated architecture are key factors to meet the peaceful healthy life style requirements. In the article attempts have been made to design a residential houses using Dameqan architectural typology so that the traditional architecture could be adopted and meet today s social requirements in terms of Iranian culture. In the research a case study with a combination of research method including descriptive methods, analytical and finally logical reasoning. In this way in this research by using view harvest square, library studies through analysis of four old houses in Dameqan led to identification of common structural types categories in this region. Therefore, taking the typology approach into account to Dameqan housing in today dominant pay.
