در دوره قاجار ايران با اروپا روابط پررنگي داشت، از اين روبرخي از خانه سازي ها تحت تاثير هنر آنها قرار گرفت و مستقبل شكل گيري اين بنا ها گرديد. هرچند معماري اروپايي تاثيرات كلي به جاي ننهاد ولي تغييراتي در پي داشت بدين صورت كه خدشه اي به سنت معماري هاي پايدار وارد نكرد ، خانه هاي قاجاري موجود در تبريز بيان گر اين اصل مي باشند اين خانه ها تشا بهات كلي نيز با هم دارند ،براي بررسي اين موضوع در اين مقاله از شيوه توصيفي و بررسي كاركردها با استفاده از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و پژوهش هاي انجام شده كه بيان كننده ي وجود گونه هاي ساختماني و تشابهات آنها مي باشد صورت گرفته است.نتايج با انتخاب ومطالعه چند مورد ازخانه هاي قاجاري موجود در تبريزبعنوان نمونه موردي بدست آمده است.در انتخاب نمونه هاي موردي به صورت تصادفي سعي در انتخاب مواردي بوده است كه قبلا كمتر در مقالات ديگر به آنها پرداخته شده است.و در ضمن مي خواهيم گامي براي حفاظت اين آثار در كنار حفظ اصالت بناها كه از نتايج اصلي اين مقاله براي نوشتن مقالات مرتبط آتي مي تواند باشد، برداشته باشيم .
