انرژي،يك نياز اساسي براي استمرار توسعه اقتصادي،تدارك و تأمين رفاه و آسايش زندگي بشري است.هيچ يك از اعمال انسان، بازدهي صد درصد ندارد از اين رو استفاده بهينه و ممانعت از هدر رفتن امكانات امري اساسي است اين نكته هنگامي اهميت بيشتري پيدا مي كند كه موضوع انرژي مطرح شود.منظور از بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي،انتخاب الگوها و اتخاذ و بكارگيري روشها و سياست هايي در مصرف درست انرژي است.كه از نقطه نظر اقتصاد ملي مطلوب باشد و استمرار وجود و دوام انرژي و ادامه حيات و حركت را تضمين كند.در اين چارچوب تعيين سهم صورتهاي مختلف انرژي در سبد انرژي هر جامعه با توجه به امكانات درازمدت آن جامعه،همچنين بكارگيري پربازده ترين شيوه استفاده از آنها كه متضمن كاهش تخريب منابع انرژي و نيز كاهش تأثيرات سوء ناشي از اسـتفاده ناصـحيح از انرژي،بر عوامـل ديگر حيات و محـيط زيـست مدنظر است،اين استفاده درست و بجا از انرژي،نتنها متضمن استمرار حيات و توسعه پايدار جامعه است بلكه منجر به بقاء انرژي براي همگان و نسلهاي آتي و مانعي براي توليد و گسترش آلودگي هاي زيست محيطي ناشي از مصرف نادرست انرژي خواهد بود.اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي طراحي مجتمع تجاري با در نظر گرفتن كاهش مصرف انرژي و جايگزيني انرژي پاك خورشيدي ابتدا مجتمع تجاري و منابع انرژي را توضيح داده و سپس به چگونگي تاثيرشان در طراحي اين مجتمع تجاري مي پردازد.روش تحقيق در پژوهش حاضر ازنوع كتابخانه اي مي باشد بطوريكه يافته هاي شماري ازتازه ترين پژوهش هاي حوزه مجتمع تجاري،منابع انرژي،انرژي خورشيدي و طراحي دركتابها و نشريات معتبر داخلي و خارجي توسط محقق گرداوري و پس ازترجمه و تنظيم به صورت مقاله حاضر درآمده است.نتايج حاصل از پژوهش بيانگر آن است كه مجتمع هاي تجاري مي توانند با طراحي هوشمندانه و جايگزيني انرژي پاك خورشيدي به جاي انرژي هاي تجديد ناپذير در بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي تأثيرگذار باشند.

The research in this study is based on the type of library in which the findings of a number of the most extensive researches in the area of ​​the commercial complex, energy sources, solar power and design in validated books and publications, and The results of the research show that commercial complexes can be effective in optimizing energy consumption by designing smart energy and replacing clean solar energy instead of unreinvolved energy.
