بررسي رابطه بين ميزان آشنايي با فلسفه تعليم و تربيت و گرايش هاي كارآفريني (مورد مطالعه مديران آموزشي استان چهارمحال و بختياري)

Study of the relationship between familiarity with the philosophy of education and entrepreneurial orientations( the subjects under investigation are the educational administrators of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province )

اين مقاله به بررسي رابطه بين ميزان آشنايي مديران آموزشي با فلسفه تعليم و تربيت با گرايش هاي كارآفريني آنان پرداخته است. طرح آن از نوع توصيفي بوده كه به روش همبستگي انجام گرفته است. جامعه تحقيق را كليه مديران آموزشي استان چهارمحال و بختياري تشكيل مي دهد كه از ميان آنها تعداد 351 نفر به روش چند مرحله اي انتخاب و اطلاعات مورد نياز نيز از طريق پرسش نامه اي كه روايي و پايايي آن مورد تائيد متخصصان قرار گرفته، استفاده شهده است. داده هاي به دست آمده نيز با استفاده از آزمون همبستگي تجزيه و تحليل و نتايج زير به دست آمد: ميزان آشنايي مديران آموزشي با مباحث اساسي فلسفه تعليم و تربيت و گرايش هاي كارآفريني آنان بالاتر از ميانگين متوسط است و بين ميزان آشنايي مديران آموزشي با فلسفه تعليم و تربيت با گرايش هاي كارآفريني آنان رابطه معني¬داري وجود دارد.

This paper examines the relationship between the extent of the familiarity of educational administrators with the philosophy of education and their entrepreneurial orientations . Its design is descriptive and its method is correlational . The study community comprises all the educational administrators of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province among whom 351 are selected through a multiple-step procedure and the data are collected by means of a questionnaire whose validity and reliability are confirmed by the experts . The data are analyzed using the correlation test and the results obtained are as follows : Familiarity of the educational administrators with the fundamental principles of the philosophy of education and their entrepreneurial orientations are above the average mean and there is a significant relationship between the familiarity of educational administrators with the philosophy of education and their entrepreneurial orientations.
