تبيين جايگاه رويكرد راهبردي در برنامه¬هاي درسي آموزش عالي بر اساس ديدگاه جان ديويي

Explain the position of strategic approach in curriculum of higher education based on the John Dewey viewpoint

بر اساس ديدگاه ديويي، معرفت حقيقي بر اساس تجارب حاصل مي¬شود؛ زماني كه محيط را با حوائج خود سازگار سازيم و غايات و خواسته¬هاي خود را با محيط زندگي خويش آشتي دهيم. در اين راستا، بايد علاوه بر اصلاح محيط بيروني به تأثير عوامل دروني نيز توجه داشت. رويكرد راهبردي كه رويكردي همه جانبه¬نگر، هم آهنگ و پويا است، زمينه دستيابي به چنين اهدافي را در نظام آموزش عالي فراهم مي¬سازد. بر اين اساس محيط آموزش، مواد و محتواي برنامه درسي، هدفگذاري¬ها، سياست¬هاي اجرايي نظام آموزشي و ساير ابعاد برنامه¬هاي درسي بايستي متناسب با مقتضيات محيطي، توانمندي¬ها و علايق فراگير شكل بگيرد و اين مهم با ايجاد موقعيت‌ها و ساختن شرايط محيطي مناسب از راه فعاليت، تحقيق و پرورش دانشجويان و ايجاد مهارت تفكر و تأمل در آنان ميسر مي¬شود، با اين اقدام شرايط تجربه مفيد و ارزنده نيز براي آنها فراهم مي‌گردد و فعاليتي‌ نو براي دانشجويان با توجه به علاقه¬شان در درجه اول و در مرتبه بعد متناسب با پويايي و تحولات محيطي ايجاد مي¬شود. براي تحقق چنين هدفي بايد با محيط، تحولات موجود در آن و همچنين فرهنگ عمومي آشنا بود و آن را به خوبي شناسايي كرد، همچنين نسبت به دانشجويان بينش قوي و درك عميق داشت.

So learning environment, materials and curriculum contents, goal settings, administrative policies and other aspects of the curriculum should be compatible with environmental requirements, and learner’s abilities and interests. Such circumstances will possible by creating a situation of activity, research and develop students and creating their thinking skills. Therefore, the condition of beneficial experience is provided and a new activity is made for students based on their interest, compatible with the environment dynamism. To achieve this goal, we should recognize the environment, and its regular culture and dynamism. Also a Strong insight and deep understanding of students is necessary.
