Nodal demands and pipes friction coefficient in water distribution networks (WDNs) encounter inevitable uncertainty. In a deterministic approach, a WDN may be designed by considering average values for such parameters. Uncertainty analysis of a designed WDN gives a wider view of network behavior, critical element will be detectable, and the engineer could rehabilitate the initial designed network. In this study, a many-objective genetic algorithm and an iterative procedure based on EPANET has been introduced for uncertainty pressure-dependent analysis (PDA) of WDNs. The application of presented method illustrated by examples in literature. Results showed small uncertainties of input parameters in WDNs may produce significant impact to output parameters such as nodal pressures and pipes velocities.
