While therapeutic human cloning has shown its great potentials on reducing the human society’s sufferings and enhancing the overall human health status significantly, the rise of newly challenging bioethical restrictions on its applications is more obvious now. Based on these considerations, comprehensive ethical researches should be prompted to develop the less argued therapeutic applications of stem cells. One may consider the totally different moral viewpoints in the case of enucleated egg cell transplanted with a somatic cell nucleus, and that of the human, being . presenting the different points of view on this sophisticated matter in an unbiased way ,in this paper we tries to provide the definitions, history of bioethics, outlines of therapeutic cloning and also the argues on this therm respective.
