بررسي اثربخشي نوع سيستم فروش بر پيشگيري از وقوع جرم در طراحي داخلي خرده فروشي ها (نمونه موردي: فروشگاه صنايع غذايي)

Evaluation of sales system effect on crime prevention in retails interior design (case study: food industry stores)

بزهكاري از جمله مهم ترين معضلات اجتماعي در اكثر شهرهاي دنيا است. وقوع جرم بر زندگي شهروندان و بر بخش عمومي جامعه، تأثيرات منفي روحي، جسمي و مالي مي گذارد. پژوهش ها نشان مي دهد وجود برخي كاربري ها، تجهيزات و جابجايي فضاها، در افزايش ايمني و كاهش فرصت هاي بزهكاري نقش بسزايي دارد و در نقطه مقابل، نبود يا كمبود برخي امكانات باعث بروز يا تشديد بزهكاري در فضاهاي عمومي مي شود. اگرچه در سال هاي اخير، در زمينه طراحي براي پيشگيري از جرم، نسبت به طراحي محيطي، به معماري داخلي توجه ناچيزي شده است، اما اين واقعيت ثابت شده كه تغييرات ساده اي كه در طراحي ساختمان هاي عمومي، و همچنين مشاوره هايي كه در زمينه قرارگيري كاربري هاي جديد در ساختمان ها داده مي شود، مي تواند موجب كاهش ارتكاب جرم شود. يكي از موارد مهم، معماري داخلي فروشگاه هاي زنجيره اي و يا تك محصولي است كه عموما بر پايه افزايش تعداد مشتري در فروشگاه ها مي باشند، و اين تضاد بين فضاهاي باز و جذاب اين فروشگاه ها از يك سو و نياز به تأمين امنيت از سوي ديگر وجود دارد كه بايد در طراحي داخلي مدنظر قرار گيرد. اين مسأله، پژوهش حاضر را بر آن داشت تا به تبيين ارتباط بين معماري داخلي و راهكارهايي براي مقابله با ارتكاب جرم بپردازد. بدين منظور رويكردهاي متنوع امنيتي محيط در فروشگاههايي با كاربري مرتبط در حوزه محلي و فروشگاههاي زنجيره اي همانند شهروند و هايپر ماركت مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند و نتيجه در غالب جدولي ارائه شده است.

Delinquency is one of the most important social problems among many cities in the world. Crime occurrence has negative mental, physical and financial effects on the lives of citizens and the public sector. Research shows that existence of some functions, equipments and relocating spaces, increase safety and reduce crime opportunities and on the contrary, the absence or lack of some features play an important role in outbreak or exacerbation of crime in public spaces. However, in recent years, interior architecture has gotten less attention in the field of design against crime than environmental design, but the fact is proven that simple changes in design of public spaces, as well as consults given for locating new applications in buildings, can reduce crime occurrence. One of the important icons is interior architecture of chain stores or single product stores is that they are mostly based on increasing the number of customers, and this conflict between attractive open spaces and the need for security should be considered in interior design. This study is aimed to investigate the relationship between interior architecture and the solutions to deal with committing crime. So a variety of environmental safety approaches were examined in local and chain stores such as Shahrvand and Hiper Market and the result is presented as a table.
