TITLE OF PAPER The foundation of sustainable tourism development in the field artillery in Tehran

در جهان معاصر گردشگري به عنوان عاملي جهت بهبود كيفيت زندگي جوامع در حال توسعه تلقي مي شود. رشد و توسعه گردشگري همواره با تغييراتي شگرف در اوضاع سياسي، اقتصادي، فرهنگي و روش زندگي انسانها همراه است و موجد تحولاتي بنيادي در شرايط اقتصادي، فرهنگي و آداب و رسوم مردم است. توسعه گردشگري به عنوان «كاتاليزور» توسعه ساير بخشهاي اقتصادي همچون كشاورزي، ماهيگيري، ساخت و ساز و ... مي باشد. در بافت قديمي شهر تهران (ميدان توپخانه) ، آشنايي با شناخت مباني نظري پست مدرن و به تبع آن شناخت فرهنگ و هويت معماري گذشته و بومي گرايي در ايران جهت توسعه گردشگري ضروري به نظر مي رسد. از طرفي توجه به مفهوم احساس تعلق به محيط و رابطه آن با خاطره انگيزي بافت مورد نظر براي بازگرداندن روح زندگي به آن، به طراحي فضاي شهري پايدار كمك مي كند. رويكرد پژوهش حاضر رويكردي تحليلي و توصيفي است كه از پيشينه منابع موجود در مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسناد ي و مطالعه كتب صورت گرفته در سنوات گذشته نگارندگان بهره گرفته است . سپس براي ارائه راهبردهاي پايداري كالبدي _ اجتماعي و جذب گردشگران به ميدان توپخانه تهران از تكنيك « SWOT » استفاده شده است. در اين روش تلاشهايي براي تجزيه وتحليل شرايط بيروني و وضعيت دروني صورت مي پذيرد و براساس نتايج به دست آمده، راهبردهاي مناسب براي پايداري هرچه بيشتر يك ميدان تاريخي مطرح مي شوند. فرصت ها و تهديدهاي استخراج شده، چالشها و مسائل مطلوب و نامطلوب اصلي هستند كه در برنامه ريزي آتي براي توسعه پايدار محله نقش اصلي را ايفا مي نمايند.

In the contemporary world tourism as a factor for improving the quality of life in developing countries is considered. Tourism development has been associated with dramatic changes in the political, economic, cultural and human life is . And lead to fundamental changes in economic conditions, culture and customs of the people. Tourism development as a catalyst development of other economic sectors such as agriculture, fishing, construction and more. In the old Tehran (field artillery), introduction to understanding the theoretical foundations of post-modern architecture of the past and consequently the understanding of culture and identity. This research approach is analytical approach. The background resources on library studies and documents and study the authors used books is done in previous years. The guidelines for the physical stability of social _ and attract tourists to Tehran field artillery techniques «SWOT» is used.
