Rapid movements towards globalization, competitive marketplace, and high costumers’ expectations have convinced companies to build resilience supply chain network. In this paper a new framework is developed for selecting supplier and determining the order size. To this end, five factors with twenty four key performance indexes are explored from the literature to evaluate the capability of the supplier under disruptive risk. Then a fuzzy multi objective mixed integer linear mathematical model has been proposed for supply chain network design and lot sizing aiming to minimize total cost of network and maximize the overall performance of suppliers. To solve the proposed model a two phase approach is use to cope with both multi-objectiveness and uncertainty. A numerical example is provided to validate the proposed model. Results demonstrate the usefulness and applicability of the proposed framework to design supply chain network.
