Modeling and analyzing of leagile supply chain enablers by using DEMATEL

Lean enables the companies to reduce the wasteful variation within the supply chain. it means lean supply chain provides a flow of products and services from supplier to customer, in order to develop value stream, but generally lean is not fast enough to respond. Developing supply chain operation needs fast response to the market request, high service quality, improving in production and delivery. It can be achieved by adoption of agility. both lean and agile has special advantage, but the integrated model of them can result the best performance of the supply chain. The main objective of this paper is to identify the most important enablers of leaglie and give an analytical model. Delphi is applied to extract the main series of leagile Supply chain by using experts of supply chain in Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG). In this research, the Decision Making Trail and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) methodology is applied to specify the mutual relationship among the Leaglie Supply chain variables and to classify them and determining the accurate interdependencies between the proposed enabler variables. The results which are acquired from DEMATEL helps supply chain managers to have a better perception for decision and focus on important variable to achieve and improve lean supply chain. On the other hand employing the effect group enabler is an efficient way to extent the capability of Leagile Supply chain more easily. Outcomes can lead to the variables which have effective results for improving market share.
