بررسي تأثير افزايش تراكم ساختماني مطابق با بازنگري طرح تفصيلي اصفهان بر وضعيت عملكردي شبكه معابر(نمونه موردي 7 ناحيه ترافيكي از منطقه شش شهر اصفهان)

Investigating the effect of increasing construction density in accordance with a review of Isfahan detailed plan on the operational status of the road network (Case study of 7 traffic areas from the sixth city of Isfahan)

با توجه به رشد سريع و افزايش جمعيت شهرنشين، افزايش تراكم جمعيتي و ساختماني امري ناگزير است. هيچ طرح و برنامه شهري بدون توجه به تراكم به عنوان عامل اصلي و نيز تأثير گذار بر تمامي جنبه هاي برنامه ريزي و طراحي شهري نمي تواند تهيه و اجرا شود. اما علي رغم اهميت فوق العاده، اين شاخص هم چنان به عنوان يك موضوع پيچيده و سوال كليدي مطرح است. محيط شهري هم چون سيستمي متشكل از زير سيستمهايي مي باشد كه هر يك داراي ظرفيت پذيرش معين و محدودي مي باشند. يكي از مهمترين زيرساختهاي شهري شبكه معابر مي باشند كه تعيين تراكم بدون توجه به ظرفيت آن موجب عدم پاسخگويي نيازهاي ترددي جمعيت و وجود ترافيك سنگين مي گردد. هم اكنون تراكم ساختماني در شهر اصفهان بر اساس ضوابط بازنگري طرح تفصيلي تعيين ميگردد. منطقه 6 شهر اصفهان، داراي بالاترين قيمت منطقه بندي در ميان مناطق شهر اصفهان مي باشدكه با وجود بافت فرسوده پايين در اين منطقه موجب رونق آپارتمان سازي و افزايش تراكم در اين محدوده به خصوص در چند سال اخير بوده است. در اين پژوهش، هدف تعيين تاثير ضوابط تعيين تراكم ساختماني اين طرح بر افزايش جمعيت و حجم ترافيك و وضعيت عملكردي شبكه معابر در محدوده مورد نظر مي باشد.

Given the rapid growth and population growth of the urban population, increasing population density and construction is inevitable. The urban environment is like a system of sub-systems, each of which has a specific and limited acceptance capacity. One of the most important urban infrastructures in the network of roads is that the determination of the density, regardless of its capacity, causes the lack of responsiveness to the traffic demands of the population and the presence of heavy traffic. Construction density is currently determined in Isfahan based on detailed review of the detailed plan. The 6th district of Isfahan has the highest zoning price among the areas of Isfahan, which, despite the worn out texture in this region, has boosted the apartment building and increased density in this area, especially in recent years. In this research, the purpose of determining the impact of criteria for determining the construction density of this project is to increase population and traffic volume and the functional status of the road network in the area in question.
