Ranking extreme and non-extreme efficient units in DEA

In this paper we propose a method for ranking efficient units in DEA. In this method, each DMU which is being evaluated, can only take the weights that other DMUs remain at known percent of their efficiencies. This percent is given by DM. If the model becomes infeasible by known percent, we should find a suitable percent which it makes the model feasible.
