In This paper a novel structure for nano-antenna is proposed. The introduced antenna has a Bow-tie shaped structure. The polarization of the antenna is circular polarization. Antipodal geometry is applied to the antenna structure for improvement of the circular polarization performance of the antenna. The 16 elements of the nano-antenna are used for enhancement of their performance. This antenna has a compact structure and can be used at the 109THz. The Axial Ratio and radiation patterns of the antenna are studied. This antenna can be used at the medical applications
