When we are analysing the electromagnetic (EM) scattering by anisotropic and inhomogeneous materials, we are required using a robust solution of volume integral equations (VIEs) or volume-surface integral equations (VSIEs) in the integral equation approach. The prior method of moments (MoM) (e.g., Schubert-Wilton-Glisson (SWG) basis function) may not be convenient because the basis functions are defined over a triangular or tetrahedral element pairs and when we are using SWR basis function may seen surface charge density on the interface. In this paper we develop Nystrom method include allowance of nonconforming meshes and removal of basis or test function. Numerical examples are demonstrated the method
