The operating voltage of the commonly used negative electrodes such as graphite and silicon is lower than the lower of the stability voltage window of the commonly used electrolytes (1M LiPF6 in solution of 1:1 (w/w) ethylene carbonate and dimethyl carbonate (EC: DMC)) which leads to surface forming solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) at surface of electrode and result capacity fading of the battery[1-3]. In this paper formed SEI layer at SiNWs anode surface and electrolyte were investigated by survey of electrochemical curve.
