عوامل تأثيرگذار بر آسايش محيطي فضاهاي عمومي شهري

امروزه فضاهاي عمومي شهري، ضرورتي اساسي در برنامه هاي توسعه شهري مي باشد كه اين امر حكايت از اهميت اين فضاها در تقويت وجهه فرهنگي- اجتماعي شهر دارد. فضاهاي شهري به تركيبي از برخوردهاي اجتماعي اطلاق مي شود كه به عنوان بستر مشتركي براي انجام فعاليت هاي كاركردي و از نظر كالبدي داراي بدنه اي محصور كننده مي باشد. فضاهاي شهري به عنوان محيطي كه رفتارهاي عمومي انسان ها در آن جريان دارد، همواره در تعامل دوطرفه با انسان است. بنابراين بايستي به عنوان بستري براي فعاليت هاي عمومي انسان قابل درك و ايمن باشد. ايجاد و توسعه فضاهاي عمومي مطلوب علاوه بر تأمين رفاه و آسايش شهروندان، نقش مؤثري در حفظ محيط و توسعه پايدار دارد. شهروندان به عنوان عاملان اصلي و فعال در عرصه هاي عمومي وكاربري فضاهاي شهري در تعامل مي باشند. طبيعي است رضايتمندي آنان از اين فضاها بر تعاملات اجتماعي آن ها تأثير گذار خواهد بود كه يكي از عوامل رضايتمندي، آسايش محيطي ناشي از سلسله مراتب اقليمي مي باشد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از روش اسنادي به بررسي تعاريف و مفاهيم فضاهاي عمومي شهري پرداخته شده است تا با شناسايي متغيرهاي تأثير گذار بر رضايتمندي شهروندان از فضاهاي عمومي شهري و عوامل اثرگذار بر آسايش محيطي ، شاخص ها و معيارهاي مؤثر برآن مورد ارزيابي قرارگيرد. در انتها با تأكيد بر نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش، راهكارهايي نيز به منظور ارتقاء آسايش محيطي فضاهاي عمومي شهري ارائه شده است.

Nowadays urban public places are the requirements in urban development plans that show its importance in cultural-social reputation improvement. Urban places are combination of those social behaviors which are the common ground for doing functional activities connecting society members and from the skeletal point of view, they have confined body. In another word, urban places are places in which human public behavior is carrying there and they have constant and mutual interaction human beings. Therefore, urban places as the common ground for public activities should be understandable and safe. Creating and developing desired urban places has a proper effect on protecting and constant development of the environment as well as on the welfare and comfort of the citizens. Here, citizens as important and active factors, interact in function of urban and public places. It is clear that citizen satisfactions of these places influence social interactions which one of the factors of satisfaction is environmental comfort resulted from climatic hierarchy. This article investigates efficient criteria influences on them. Furthermore, by the documentary method, definitions and descriptions of urban public places as well as effective variables and indexes on citizen satisfaction of public urban places were presented. Base on the results of this research, the solutions to progress environmental comfort of urban public spaces will be presented.
